About Me

Dee began her caring profession at the age of 14 years when her first love of looking after others was encouraged on work experience from school.

After finishing her grammar education, Dee joined H.M. Forces to commence her nurse training. Travelling the world and nursing a diverse array of conditions. Dee remained in the army for six years.

Once, in civilian life, Dee progressed onto nursing complex conditions in High Dependancy units, orthopaedics and cancer care. Having progressed her education in care from Enrolled Nurse to Registered Nurse, Dee then went on to specialise in tissue viability, collaboration and palliative care.

It was with the latter that Dee found her natural talent of connecting with people with swelling and painful limbs. She has specialised in the management of swelling since 2011 and devotes her time to actively listening to patients' concerns and providing individualised treatments for each and every person.

Swollen limbs, lymphoedema and lipedema treatments are essential to helping you continue your life and Dee will use various methods to help you regain movement and relieve the pain.
